Standard delivery times vary between 2-9 working days for products in stock to several months for made to order items. All delivery times that deviate from standard delivery times are specified on each product description page. For custom orders a specific delivery time will be noted by email for your specific order. It can happen that delivery times for some reason are longer than specified. You then have the possibility to cancel the purchase if a longer delivery delay occurs. Please contact selissa if you wish to cancel your purchase. We make reservations for the liability of delays or failed deliveries caused by failed production and delivery issues created by our suppliers. We also make reservations for price differences on www.selissa.com caused by wrong price codes, etc.
We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you should need to contact selissa for any reason in regard to your order.
At present, selissa accepts payment by credit card through Paypal or by Paypal. Thus we have no access to your credit card information and can not register or save any of information in regard to your credit card. When paying by credit card you fill in your credit card number, validation date and CVC/CVV code. We accept payments with VISA, Mastercard, and American Express through Paypal. Click first on ‘Pay with Paypal’ then on ‘Don’t hava a credit account?’ and fill in required credit card information. Hereafter a control is carried out to make sure that your data is correct and that there is money on your account.The money is then transferred to selissa. As soon as selissa receives the information that the payment is completed the goods are sent to the customer.
Delivery charges and taxes
Shipping is free for international deliveries. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. selissa ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. All prices noted are exempt tax. For deliveries to the European Union, we do collect VAT. A VAT rate of 25% is added to your order at check out.
All transportation is handled by a courier. You are not responsible if products are damaged or missing during transport from selissa to your stated delivery address. However, you are required to contact our selissa within 14 days. The economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during the return transport.
You have the right to return undamaged and unused products. Notification about this shall be done immediately upon reception of the product or latest 14 days after reception. The notification shall be done to firstname.lastname@example.org. The message shall contain the following information: a) order number b) payment confirmation c) title of the product you wish to return. The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package. Return the product together with the return form. You will have to pay the transport cost for the return. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. No refund or exchange will be offered on products that you return to us incomplete, damaged or soiled.
If you should receive a defect or wrongly supplied product, contact email@example.com without delay or at the latest within 14 days after reception. Return the product in the state that it was received followed by a damage or error report. The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package. Return the product together with the return and refund form and state the cause of the return. You must contact customer support at customerservices@selissa before you return wrongly supplied or damaged products to get the return request approved and the return transport paid. The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted.
After selissa accepted the returned item a refund will be payed within 30 days of reception.
If you have chosen to order a customized product specifically after your own specifications or personalization you loose the right to return the product. You can do this at selissa by clicking the custom made button or by sending us a request by e-mail. These orders are called custom made orders by selissa. When the customer accepts our terms & condition, the customer also agrees with selissa to begin to produce the order. This means that the customer loose the right to cancel or return the order from that moment.
When you order with us, you give us personal information such as name, adress and phone number. When you register and order you accept that we store and use your personal information to fulfill our obligations to you . This means personal information about you is forwarded to our payments partners and transport company. Even to third party service providers who have may be appointed to operate certain functions or services on our behalf. Information of details of your visits to our site include, but are not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, and may also be recorded.
selissa may also disclose your personal information to any member of our group, This may be the case where we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets or if selissa or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party. Moreover, we will share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. We may also share your personal information with other third parties for joint marketing and promotions of products, services or events that may be of interest to you.
You have the right to see the information selissa registers about you. If it is wrong, incomplete or irrelevant you can demand that the information is corrected. You can always demand that the information about you is deleted.
A force majeure event includes any act, accident,omission or happening beyond our reasonable control. Examples of such events are strikes, terrorist attacks or threats, fires, government acts, epidemics, etc. Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the time during the force majeure event as well as a reasonable time there after.
Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between consumers and selissa shall be governed by Swedish Law. All above conditions apply solely to goods purchased by individual consumers. Please contact selissa for all B2B inquiries.
