A. An automated email confirmation is sent to your email address once your order has been placed. If you do not receive this email it may have been caught in your SPAM filter or your email address might have been mistyped. Q. Can I return a product if I do not like it?

A. Yes, you can return a product within 14 days of  delivery. It has to be unused and undamaged. With your delivery you received a Return & Refund Form. Please follow the instructions, fill out the form and return the item with the form. For more information check the Return Policy or the Terms & Conditions. Please note that if you ordered a custom made good you loose your right to return the product. Q. Is VAT charged online?

A. All orders for delivery within the European Union incur VAT at 25%, which is added at check out. All prices quoted are without VAT. For deliveries outside the European Union selissa ships your package according to Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Q.I would like a personalized product, can you help me?

A. Yes, our artisans are at your disposal and we can help with customized orders. Please click the custom made button in the footer and send us a picture or description and we will send you a proposal, given our artisans are able to deliver your request. Note that special rules apply for custom orders and you loose the right to return the item.
